DMCA Policy

Effective date: November 4, 2026. AudioStem.ai, a product and brand of J3X Solutions LLC, respects copyright, and our designated copyright agent acts for J3X Solutions LLC. The Service is a processing tool that acts only on a user’s instruction; each user is solely responsible for holding the rights to any audio they upload or link, and attests to those rights when submitting audio. We are not a repository or a download service for third‑party content, and public share links are available only for audio a user uploads themselves. We respond to copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and may remove or disable access to any material, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

1. Filing a takedown notice

Send notices to our designated copyright agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

Copyright Agent, J3X Solutions LLC (AudioStem.ai) · 9169 W State St, Suite 4173, Garden City, ID 83714, USA · Phone: 213-444-3707 · Email: dmca@audiostem.ai · U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent Registration No. DMCA-1075838.

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature (as the rights owner or their authorized agent); (b) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a share link or job reference; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

2. What happens next

When we receive a valid notice we promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and tell the account holder we did so. Because processing artifacts are private to each account, most notices concern share links or an account’s own stored content.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@audiostem.ai including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that the removal was an error; your name, address, and telephone number; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found) and to accepting service of process from the complainant; and your physical or electronic signature.

Unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days of a valid counter-notice.

4. Repeat infringers

We have adopted and reasonably implement a policy providing for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. In determining whether termination is appropriate, we may consider valid infringement notices, the number and nature of alleged violations, counter-notices, repeat conduct, and other relevant circumstances. We may immediately suspend or terminate an account for egregious infringement or abuse of the Service.

5. Our rights and ineffective notices

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable access to any material we have reason to believe infringes copyright or violates our Terms, and we are not liable to any user for doing so.

Notices that are not effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), or that do not concern material on the Service, may receive no response or action.

6. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false takedown notices or counter‑notices can carry liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Consider getting legal advice before filing.
